If content on Buryaki infringes your rights, email legal@buryaki.com with: your name and contact details (or those of your authorized agent, with proof of authority); a description of the work and proof of your rights; a link to the content; a statement that the use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that your information is accurate; and your signature (electronic is fine). We will review the notice, may restrict access to the content and will inform the uploader, who may send a reasoned counter-notice. Bad-faith notices may lead to liability. Repeat infringers are suspended.
