Payments and refunds
What we sell
Digital content only: recipe collections, holiday menus and the Buryaki Plus subscription. No physical goods and no delivery.
How to pay
In the apps — Google Play and the App Store. On the website — by card through our payment partner. Prices are shown with tax before you pay.
When you get access
Immediately after the payment is confirmed, in your profile under My purchases.
Refunds
In-app purchases: through Google Play or Apple under their rules. Website purchases: email support@buryaki.com; we reply within 30 days and refund to the same card.
Cancelling a subscription
In your Google Play or Apple ID settings, at least 24 hours before renewal. Access stays until the paid period ends.
Security
We never see or store your card details: they are handled by the payment provider under PCI DSS.
