Purchases and Subscriptions Terms
Limited Liability Company VERDE WAHHE (ТОВ «ВЕРДЕ ВАХЕ»), company code (EDRPOU) 43306268, 8/1 Tykhvinskyi Lane, Kyiv 03028, Ukraine (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). The Buryaki service means the buryaki.com website and the Buryaki apps for Android and iOS (the “Service”).
Paid content is not available yet. These terms apply once it launches. Prices shown on the website before launch are approximate and are not an offer to contract.
1. What you are buying
You buy a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the digital content described on the product page, for the subscription term or, for one-time purchases, for as long as the Service operates. A purchase:
- unlocks only the content listed in its description; the subscription does not include one-time collections unless stated;
- gives no ownership, copying, resale, transfer or commercial rights;
- gives no special rights in the Service, the community or moderation, and no stake in the Company, voting, revenue or investment rights;
- does not exempt you from these terms or the Community Guidelines.
2. Types of purchases
- Buryaki Plus — a monthly, yearly or Family subscription (via Google Play or Apple family sharing).
- One-time collections: regional collections, heritage recipes, holiday menus and All of Ukraine.
- Golden Beet — a limited honorary one-time launch offer: a badge, a mention on the Wall of Friends (with your consent), a certificate, game items and All of Ukraine content. The status is symbolic and gives none of the rights listed in section 1.
- Game items and badges — digital content with no cash value; see the Game Rules.
3. Payment and prices
- In the apps, payments are made only through Google Play or the App Store under their rules; on the website, through a payment partner we will name before launch.
- The store shows the final price in your local currency, including tax, before you pay. Prices may differ between countries and platforms and over time.
- We may change prices; for active subscriptions, we give advance notice of increases as store rules and the law require.
- Receipts come from the store. Under My purchases in your profile, you can see your level, status, renewal date, payment history and management links.
4. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancel in your Google Play or Apple ID settings (or in your website profile for website purchases). You keep access until the end of the paid period; there are no partial refunds for unused time unless the law or store rules require them.
- Free trials: we show the length and first charge date before you subscribe; if you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid.
- If a payment fails, the store may give a grace period; after that, access is paused.
5. Refunds and cancellation rights
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies; we cannot refund those purchases ourselves. For website purchases, email support@buryaki.com. Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to cancel; for digital content, this right ends once access begins if you expressly agreed to this and acknowledged losing the right.
6. Content changes and availability
We keep developing the Service and may update, replace or remove individual recipes, photos or features while keeping the main characteristics of what you bought. If we shut down the Service or paid content entirely, we will give advance notice and act in line with the law and store rules.
7. Breaches of the terms
For serious or repeated breaches, we may restrict access to your profile and paid content. Refunds in that case are given only where the law or store rules require them.
8. Restoring and moving purchases
“Restore purchases” brings back access on a new device with the same store account. Access on the website or in other apps is possible only with a Buryaki profile, if we offer that feature.
9. Gifts, codes and family
Gift subscriptions, promo codes and family sharing follow the rules of the relevant store and cannot be exchanged for cash.
